When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, UNless noted otherwise in their product descriptions. After an order is placed. if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be pre-approved by OFFICIALLY THREADED and received within seven (7) business days of authorization of the return. Please emaiL OFFICIALLY THREADED and speak with the Returns Agent for more information. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. OFFICIALLY THREADED must receive a returned product before a store credit will be issued. There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved. **Please note, each OFFICIALLY THREADED piece is made to order so each piece is essentially a custom order. A refund will only be issued If you receive a damaged item or we can issue an exchange, please notify customer service immediately of any damages, after 7 days damages will be issue a store credit only. If you are having fit issues or you simply do not like the way the piece looks once received, we cannot accept it for refund, only an exchange or store credit. Please be very sure of your measurements when ordering as refunds will not be processed unless the piece arrives damaged or is absolutely unwearable. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
